Grow a Pet Fighter Offline Cash: How Idle Income Works

The description's last line is the only account of offline income. Every game in this family documents the same system and none of them gives a rate.

What the developer actually wrote

Remember, your pets generate cash while you're offline. That is the fifth and final line of the game's description, and it is the only sentence in the text that uses the word cash. It tells you that income continues after you close the game, that its source is pets rather than anything else you own, and that the resource it produces is cash rather than a separate offline currency.

It does not tell you how much. Offline income systems in Roblox games vary enormously: some pay a flat rate per pet per minute, some pay a percentage of your recent online earnings, some scale with the highest stage you have reached, and some stop after a set number of hours. The difference between those designs is the whole experience of playing an idle game, and this description does not distinguish between them.

This is the one system every game in the family documents

Four Roblox games share this naming pattern, and every one of them puts offline income in its store description. Grow a Dog Fighter: earn Dog Cages automatically while you are offline. Grow a Chicken Fighter: your chickens keep laying eggs while you're offline. Grow A Dragon Fighter: your Dragons keep laying eggs while offline. And the much larger Grow a Garden, which shares only the Grow a naming habit: your garden literally grows while you are offline.

Four of those four are by different developers from each other. What they share is a genre convention: Roblox's growth games are built so that progress continues while the player is away, because that is what brings players back. Seeing this game document offline income tells you which genre it belongs to rather than anything specific about its numbers.

Why our own data cannot answer it, and what it does show

We run a collector that samples this game's concurrent player count several times an hour and stores every reading, and it is the reason this site can show a player-count archive that nobody else has. It cannot tell you anything about offline income. Our numbers measure how many people are playing at a moment in time, and a player who is earning offline is by definition not in that number.

What the archive does show, indirectly, is how much of the player base returns. Between 3 and 9 September 2026 our sampled median rose from 265 to 1,755 concurrent players, and the game's cumulative visit count rose by roughly 111,000 on 6 September, 59,000 on 7 September, 84,000 on 8 September and 153,000 on 9 September. Those are new arrivals rather than returning players, and separating the two would need a metric nobody publishes.

What we have not checked

We have not played long enough to leave the game and come back, so we have no first-hand reading of what offline income pays. We have not found footage of anyone opening the game after a night away and reading the number out, which would settle it in fifteen seconds. And we have not asked the developer, who is reachable through a group with 118,736 members.

The question that would actually help is not the rate but the shape: whether offline income is capped by time, whether it depends on which pets you own, and whether a fused pet pays more than the two pets that went into it. Any one of those answers would tell a player whether to leave cheap pets or expensive ones behind when they log off, which is the decision offline income creates. Right now this site cannot help with that decision, and it would rather say so than print a number that sounds plausible.

Frequently asked

Do pets earn money while you are offline in Grow a Pet Fighter?

Yes. The developer's description states it plainly: pets generate cash while you are offline. It is the last of the game's five description lines and the clearest mechanic in them.

How much cash do you earn offline, and for how long?

Not published. There is no rate, no cap and no maximum offline window anywhere we can read, and no external dataset could contain one, because Roblox's API exposes nothing about a game's economy.

Do all pets earn the same offline?

Unknown. The description makes no distinction between pets, and there is no pet list to compare. Whether a fused pet earns more than its inputs is a reasonable question with no published answer.
