We asked Roblox's own search for Build a Pet Fighter on 10 September 2026. The first result returned was Grow a Pet Fighter, the game this site covers. Across the first page of results, twelve names long, no experience was named exactly Build a Pet Fighter.

That is not proof that no such game has ever existed. It is proof that the phrase is not the name of anything Roblox is currently surfacing, and it explains why people arrive at this game looking for it: Roblox's search matches text in a game's description as well as its title, and this game's description opens with the words Welcome to Build a Pet Fighter! So the search engine is doing exactly what it should with a page that contains that sentence.

The name that is a real game, and a real trap

One result on that page deserves a warning, because it is close enough to cause genuine confusion. Build A Pet Factory is a separate experience with its own universe ID, published on 5 October 2025 by a developer called Truly Interactive. It had 53,220,297 visits and 481 concurrent players when we read its record on 10 September 2026, and its servers hold six players.

That game is nearly a year older than Grow a Pet Fighter, is roughly eighty times larger by visits, and shares three words with the description line that people are searching for. If you have read something about Build a Pet Factory, a pet factory, a build mode, or a game with pets in a factory, it was not this game. Conversely, if you are reading a page about Grow a Pet Fighter that describes factories, it has confused the two, and that is a mistake worth checking for because the two games have nothing to do with each other.
